Best Instant Pot Cookbook! Just got this book and loving it already. There’s a huge variety of recipes. It’s lole a one stop shop for recipes. You want to Cooke something in the Instant Pot? You’ll find a recipe on here that you’ll love. Really like how the recipes include the amount of time for the Instant Pot to come up to pressure. Can’t wait to try more of the recipes. If you’re new to the Instant Pot or you’ve had one for a while, this is THE book to get!Some of My Favorite “Ultimate” Recipes Full disclosure, I was one of several secondary recipe testers on this book. Out of dozens of recipes that I made from the book, these are a few of my favorites: Roasted Red Pepper & Goat Cheese Frittata (p. 31), Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Cake (p. 40), Mac & Cheese with Gouda & Carmelized Onions (p. 65), Pepperoncini Pot Roast (p. 223).
